The scheme aims to ensure students benefit fromthe support and guidance of senior professionals. The CIPD has 650 members inthe region and mentors have already come forward from HR departments at the NHStrust, Virgin and Mills & Reeve solicitors. career curve The Department of Health has launched eight new schemes to attract moremedical professionals to disadvantaged and understaffed areas. The new teachingprimary care trusts are designed to provide the best career development for GPsand nurses.
